When I stumbled upon Leesburg around 1990 I was charmed. So many nooks and crannies, history-rich hang-outs. I lived on Cap Hill at the time, "rough-boarded" a horse for $60 a month on a 200 yr old farm...after riding by myself I would go into town for goodies and riding equipment. What a way to get away from work stress.
